How to recover money from a friend who is not ready to pay

I have given 200000/- to my friend as a hand loan now he is delaying to pay and also h not paying me any interested . actually we have planned to open a mobile shop . but he suddenly jumped to delhi.but i have paid the amt in hyderabad only. I am having blank cheque without date mentioned on it as well as promisary note paper and 100/- stamp duty paper. now I am staying at hderabad. will i get my money back 100 percent?
sir first you have to produce the cheque into bank and then you have send him notice and then you have to file a case in court stating that the person has cheated upun you and he is absconding from his place

hi you can recover money from him u/s138 of Negotiable instruments act and you can file a case against him in the hyderabad itself only even if he residing in delhi now also. so for more good advice on you questions we need dates of promisary note paper also for more clarifications you can consult us at any time.
