How to get stay order on illegal construction from court

Presently residing at Saudi Arabia, working with Saudi company. That in the year of 2015 I had purchased a plot of land measuring about 0.03 acre . That since the purchase of said plot of land in Kalna Dag West Bengal, India. I have to learn from my family member that a group of person has illegally entered in to my plot of land and started to illegal boundary by taking advantage of my absence in India and without of my knowledge. How can i stop?
