How to get decision copy from the court

sir i want to receive a decision copy of a case which was admitted in 1996. sir but I forgot the date of decision how i can get that decision copy?
You shall be required to engage some counsel for obtaining the certified copy of the orders or judgment,as the case may be. The counsel shall be requiring to inspect the records for the period of post 1996 period and it would be time consuming and tedious one. However, you would be required to share the title of the case i.e.the names of the parties. WITHOUT THIS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE DETAILS OF THE CASE.

2nd....Do u know from which court the case has been decided???
If u know all these things then it will be possible for u ( That's only 25%)
