How to get account details of a deceased person ?

I want Information in central bank of india of my death father. He has combine account in CBI Name is my aunt, myf father brother, and my father 1) what is the procedure to get account details 2) can i get information about my fater account , I am legal heir. 3) what is the Cost for this.

Dear Legal Heir, Please submit an application to the bank stating that you are the legal heir of your father. Enclose along with the application your father's death certificate and one identity proof of yourself i.e. PAN Card, Passport etc.

You shall write to Bank to provide information about your father s account. If nominee is registered. Then give notice to Bank not to make payment to nominee. Then Bank will ask you to submit succession certificate. Then file application in Court for getting Succession certificate.
