The schedule is provided under the court fee act. It would be around Rs. 12,000. As for every 4 lacs you pay Rs. 6248/- and thereafter for every 5000 you pay Rs. 48.80/-. You may include pre suit interest as well if the interest rate is determined already in your matter.
