How to file case under 182 and 211 against wife and her brother

I want to raise a case u/s 182&211 against my wife and his brother..she raised 2 fake case on me 364 ipc and 504 ipc..both are closed now.fr report summited by io..i want to know the fees of my case which i want to file..and also want to know that can i directly filed 182&211 in court..i want a advocate who takes fees in date basis..what is the fees for per date also tell.any good advocate plz contact soon and reply me Quiry
Hi , actually when i.o. puts his FR in a particular case in respective court based upon the investigation than the respected authority can start proceedings for above mentioned clauses and sections. For the same the pariwadi have got the right to file protest . Here you can file for such proceeding .if not recommended.

My dear friend, I like to know that Whether FR has been accepted or not ? because of if FR has been accepted than obviously you can file against the concerned person who has done wrong with you. And you want to know fees of the advocate that is depends of case and depends on that advocate . there is no criteria of fees. you can search or ask to your relatives about the best lawyer in your area.
