How to extract case records from a case document

How to remove case records from a case document The case was filed in another court.
It is illegal and cannot be done legally. A case record is the document of the Court and cannot be removed. Tampering with the Court document or record can impose heavy penalty.
If you want to file same document in another court, you can apply for certified copy of the case record. If tbe court is not providing the certified copy than you can also file an application to bring or summon the record from any court to the court on which the case is pending.
