One 2nd Sell Flat , I have Purchased recently, I want to Know how to get Mutation of the Flat correctly and properly in Panihati Municipality and what cost involved without involving any illegal Agent ?? What is the normal time of mutation??

dear client as per your query you have purchased one resale flat so you need to collect the tax bill and mutation certificate from the seller for getting your mutation done in Panihati Municipality..
