How To Confirm CRPC125 Dismissed Or Not? How I Get Dismissal Order?

Hi friends. Plz answer my query:- I am a retired Army person. I & my wife has submitted mutual agreement paper to the advocate for mutual dismiss of CRPC125 final order. The advocate has taken Rs 5000/- for this. Now he saying that the judge has told him that he will not issue any order. keep the mutual agreement in the court file, it means the CRPC125 dismissed. The advocate has told me that he has kept the agreement in the court file, it means crpc125 dismissed. Be sure the order dismissed. The family court is in Ara bhojpur (bihar). I & my wife are living in Amravati (Maharashtra). Is this possible? How can I confirm the order dismissed or not? My native place is in Ranchi, my wife native place Ara bhojpur (bihar.) I am now doing private job in Amravati (Maharashtra)
