How to conduct Resident welfare association elections

My rwa is not conducting its election for last 13years...what steps/ process can i take for smooth elections,

you want to know if your R.W.A were not conducting it's election for the last 13 years . you have a right to move the complaint before Rigestar and thereafter file a civil suit against the RWA.
