How to complaint for wood cutting shop in the residential area

I live in a residential area and there is a wood cutting shop in front of my house. The noise of that shop is making the life hell as you can’t talk in normal voice in daytime, cannot sleep or study with that sound. Can anyone tell me where to complain for such a shop.
You can file a complaint before District Magistrate in your District, for an excessive noise in residential area along with other residents in your area having same complaints, as it is against Article 21, Right to life & Personal liberty.
Approach District Magistrate to resolve your complaint.
When there is no remedy, file a writ before Hon'ble High Court for a direction to District Magistrate to resolve your complaint filed before him, within stipulated period of time.
