How to change my DOB in 10th certificate.

hello sir, i want to change my DOB in 10th certificate HSBTE (passing year 2012) if it is possible so can you please tell me the procedure to change my DOB in 10th certificate because i am facing many problems related to this issue.

You have to show me all your documents only after I can give you best advice as per your documents and the current situation for that you have to go to court and need to file a case against the hsbte only, it is the only procedure
