How to chal, 4 years demarcation pending , due to conspiracy between l

How to challenge sdm demarcation order..collector had ordered for re --demarcation to sdm, sdm not responding as sdm doesn't want to change his approved report, but according to collector, report is forged , redemarcation is needed, sdm said collector don't had right to order me for re demarcation..

U can file a writ petition in High court along with the report of the collector as he is the superior authority and the high court under Article 226 has extraordinary powers to issue a writbof mandamus and direct the sdm and even senior revenue authorities to compel SDM for doing the same.
