How to add name as voter in housing society list

sir my father transffer room to me . the society secretory transfer the room in may. and add my name in share certificate.the election in going on 22nd july of my housing society. but when they made the raw list of members in february my father is legel member and in voter list he has name. but i want to member of committe and want to stood in election . i have 19 dats time period up to 22th july. can i apply to joint register to include me in voter list . what is the legel process.
