MYSELF SUGGEST YOU TO FILE FOR DIVORCE CASE OF YOUR DAUGHTER IN LAW BEFORE THE RESPECTIVE FAMILY COURT AND THEN FILE FOR EVICTION PROCESS OF YOUR MATTER AS YOUR CASE IS ALSO A CIVIL DISPUTE AND ALSO AN FAMILY DISPUTES. THANK YOU. ADVOCATE SUBODH INGOLE.

They can approach the civil court for an injunction and eviction if the house belongs to them. If the property is self-acquired or ancestral, they have a stronger claim. A police complaint for harassment can also be lodged. If necessary, a protection order under the Domestic Violence Act can be sought. Seeking legal assistance is advised for a prompt and effective remedy.

if the daughter in law is harassing her in laws pending contested divorce proceedings. Then the mother in law has remedy to file for domestic violence case against daughter in law wherein she can pray for relief of protection order from the Hon'ble court.

Firstly file a complaint against her . If already filed for divorce then attach with the proofs of harassment and eyewitness also so that you case would be stronger and you can fight against it then.
