How can defend against suit file by neighbour on adverse possession

Neighbour filed a suit for adverse possession. Neighbour living dag number is different from our dag number. Neighbour claimed 4 dec. Land from my dag number which is vacant . In 1985 my father suit filed against neighbour for permanent injunction and High court passed an order that not to interfere our peaceful possession till the case is closed but after my father death on 2007, I am not looking in the case. Now neighbour trying to dispossessed me on the basis of their interim injunction.

Hello Do provide a few more details regarding the case like is the case pending before the Hon'ble High Court or has the Hon'ble court reverted the case back to the court below. And if you are stating that your neighbour only has interim injunction then you need to file an objection against that order in the court which has passed the interim order and vacate that interim order of injunction and then contest suit that your father has filed. share more details so that I can assist you better.
