Hostel Roommate threatening me, trying to molest and harrass

My Roommate Masterbated in my bed just to threaten me in retaliation of the Complain I filled against him with the Hostel Authorities. He also threaten me to leak my Personal photos & Videos which claims to have and was also threatening by Saying he will give them to my Parents.
Now Even after providing all the proofs to the warden, he is just Ignoring all the facts and wants both of us to change the Room even though I did Nothing except Complaining about the Issue.
firstly. without any hesitation... you should report to your family/parents about the said incident.... then after call 112 police.... and report the incident to police...
secondly prepare a legal notice and send the same to the roommate, warden, college/University through advocate .
