Home tuitions are objected by housing society

Can home tuitions students use society lift??? My society committee is alleging me of using society lift for commercial purpose. And not allowing me to take home tuitions.

Well, by not allowing you to practice your Profession freely, they have been violating guaranteed fundamental right granted to you as an Indian Citizen under the Indian Constitution. Hence, you must file a Writ Petition in Court under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution to run Home Tuitions from your own flat in Society and to use life for such Tuitions.
