On 16 July, I meet interior company and gave my complete requirement.
and based on that they gave estimate of 35 lakhs on mail and i acknowledge (with 5-7% fluctuation) and ask for 5% payment to start work. I made payment of 5%.
After three months of design, they gave BoQ with estimate of 57 lakhs to start work.
so i denied and ask to refund my money.
They are not refunding my money, what should i do.
pls advice, need your advice.
Did you enter into a written contract? I hope the 5% was paid through bank transfer.
In the absence of a Contract you shall collect evidences such as Whatsapp Chats etc, to derive admission from the Interior Company of their promise to deliver.

You have to send a legal notice to the registered address of the company and then file a suit for recovery of Rs 5 lakh, and also if you have entered into any agreement and there is any provision as per the payment, then you can file a suit for specific performance ,

you need to file an application for the refund of money through the court and on successful application within the court you will be able to get your amount back. however keep all the evidence of bills and the estimations on the email safe and it's better if you can take the print of all.
