Holding certificates due to pending fee reimbursement

My college is not giving my certificates back after completing my b.tech last year I have attempted pgecet for m.tech due to no certificates I have lost seat for m.tech and now same thing is repeating they are asking 55000 for my certificates and in this month I have to attend counselling for m.tech and I have very less time , what I have to do ?

This is unauthorised and can be challenged. Your college is illegally withholding your Original certificates and demanding 55000/-, which is against UGC and AICTE norms . Immediately consult a lawyer and send a legal notice demanding immediate return of your certificates . Send a legal notice to the college . File a complaint on UGC or AICTE grievance portal also.
