Hello sir on myself a criminal case was filed and i got acquittal from the court now am feee. I had applied for Tnpsc exams but didn't mention about fir details I don't know even got free we should mention. Is now possible to delete my name from online portal of police department how should I proceed. If police clearance certificate is needed whether my fir will show. Am not convicted then how I remove my name from showing in police records pls guide me

Your name will remain in the police records with remarks stating that you were acquitted. In police verification report for character and antecedents, this may not reflect nor any adverse report would be given against you. Since we're not convicted, rather as you were acquitted, you just face the exams and wait for the subsequent developments.
