Hello, My father and my uncle bought a place beside our houses, but because of some registration issues, it is only registered in my uncle's name. We divided the place equally, occupied it equally, and built houses. Now the problem is that when I want to extend my home, I don't have extra occupied land papers, so we are asking for papers from my uncle's sons (my uncle expired) and they are not giving them, saying it is their property. We have been staying in this place for the past 20 years and have paid all the taxes on the house and the water. Can I get an injection order and send notices to my uncle's family so we can get this place?

you can get injection immediately from the since you are 20 years residing in the same land and paying taxes regularly you have full powers of getting the land in your favour your the Tenancy Act is attracted on behalf of you if an opportunity given to me I can file injection suit and get relief and you can also file a criminal case against uncle for the paper and the documents after getting injection get constructed the wall the property is divided equally you will get relief from the court immediately
