Heat and damage my house by neighbor's split AC outdoor

My Neighbor installed Split AC and its outdoor unit is facing my house. It is at 5 feet distance from my door. It is heating my room and I am unable to sleep in my house. I have asked him to remove this outdoor unit and asked him to place any other place. But He denied for it. Do I have any legal option? What options legally I have to remove his outdoor unit of Air Condition

Dear Client, In the given scenario if the matter is not resolved mutually then serving a legal notice to the neighbour, file a complaint at the nearest police station against him for public nuisance u/s.270 BNS. there are obviously legal remedies available in your case. you have the right to get free air and light, which cannot be taken away by installing any AC outdoor unit facing your window. you can approach magistrate's court seeking an order to remove the same or you can also get an order of injunction from civil court.

First send him a legal notice and give him 7 days time to remove, if he is not listening to it than file a civil suit for injunction praying before the court to restrain him from installing that. By doing this you will be in a better position to do
