If the person is creating nuisance, you can make a complaint at the nearest police station. Always give a copy to SP/ DCP so that the police takes action promptly. I would not suggest getting into litigation for this issue, you can also get a legal notice sent to him so that he takes the matter seriously.

1. Verify Ownership: Check your property deed, municipal records, or survey map to confirm who legally owns the slope. 2. Right of Way / Easement: If the slope has been used historically for entering or exiting your property, you may have a legal right of passage, even if it belongs to your neighbor. 3. Negotiation: Sometimes, neighbors resolve such disputes amicably. You could politely request that the car be moved to allow access to your vehicles. 4. Local Authority Intervention: If direct negotiation fails, you may approach the local municipal authority or housing society (if applicable) for mediation. 5. Legal Action: If the blockage persists and your access is restricted, a civil suit can be filed for removal of obstruction or declaration of right of way. Ensure you have photographs or evidence showing how your access is being blocked.
