My father has purchased a DDA flat in 1995 as he used to live on second floor he used to park his vehicle in front of his house now the new neighbors have pasted one sticker that the parking belongs to them or else they will damage his car. Now when he is trying to park his vehicle below his flat the new owner of ground floor is saying that he can't park his vehicle as it is his right.Myfather has rheumatoid arthritis mother is a heart patient they both cant park their vehicle at a farther place

I understood your grievance and in response to the same, the appropriate remedy would be that we should immediately serve them with a legal notice for restraining them from indulging into any such act and if they fails to agree to our demands then we shall prefer a suit for injunction against them

DDA while alloting the flat always gives the right of parking. no one is authorised to make that notice unless the DDA has given them the parking authorisation. Normally in DDA MIG allotment the parking space is specified. kindly file a case directing the DDA to specify the condition and resolve the parking issue amicably with the ground floor person
