Harassment by neighbour by feeding strays dogs in building common area

Hello… i am a resident of builder floor in delhi. There are four floors in the building. First of all i am not against dogs. I love them and also feed them.The issue is that my neighbour feed them in building common areas such as parking , stairs etc. now dog always sits on my stairs and attack us. My 2 year old daughter just escaped an attack. I have requested many times my neighbour to not to feed them in common areas but he is doing that intentionally.there is some serious harassment going on by my neighbour. Kindly help me what i can do in such case.

You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances against your neighbours. Or if you don’t want to involve police and all then you can send a legal notice to your neighbours regarding this issue and warning them to stop all these types of activities. Keeping dog in the residence area without the permission of municipal itself is illegal ..first create evidences that the said dog is sitting in common areas or your stairs by making video etc …then u need to get the complaint drafted via an advocate and shoot the same to municipal and delhi police fir nuisance, u can also issue jumma legal notice in this regard ..b in touch
