Guidance Needed on Right of Way and Land Registration Issue

I need advice on a property dispute concerning a shared road between my property and my neighbor's. For the past 50 years, both our families have been using a 10-foot-wide common pathway for accessing our homes and vehicles. Out of this, 3 feet belongs to me, and the remaining 7 feet was owned by my neighbor. However, 5 years ago, my neighbor's son was involved in fraudulent activity. You must claim that pathway. you can file an injunction petition and easement petition before your jurisdictional civil court. That's the right way to defend the destruction of your old pathway and property.
