Government pond drainage on private land left for public path.

15-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have a house and adjacent to that I left space for public path (say path A) on which cemented road has been constructed by municipality. It's near a government pond. Can municipality or government forcefully construct a drainage system on this path (path A) from that pond against my will ? There is also another government road/path (say path B) near the pond but people of that road (path B) opposes such construction on that road (path B). What should I do..?? Thanks

Dear Questioner
As pernyourbquery we bring to inform you that if land where road has been developed belongs to you then municipality will take permission for drainage over your land area and suppose if other option is available and that tends to government land then government have duty to construct drainage in that location. Suppose Part B belongs to other private person then government have right for the welfare of public can construct drainage. better to resolve this matter amicable and cunningly.
