Given money to friend against property.. He refuse to pay money..

Hii.. Sir,
I given sum of money 600000/- to one of friend on stamp paper for the period 3 year still he can't repay ₹1. Now period already completed before 1 year..also he refuse to increase repay period..he refuse to repay my money. Please advice us. What action has to be taken against him.

firstly issue him a legal notice for repayment of your money..
in that notice you can give him time of fifteen days to repay the loan amount..
in the same notice we can mention that if the payment is not received within the stipulated time then we shall proceed to file civil suit against him..
once the suit is filed we will take out an application for attachment of his properties..

you can file suit agaisnt him for recovery or if you have any security cheque of him, you can use that cheque, nd you can file cheque bounce case against him, you can also file criminal complaint against him for cheating
