Get back. My original certificates in collage

I study engineering collage I gave my 10class and inter certificate to collage .some health issues and finical issues I drop out in 2 years now I want my certificates I will ask my certificates they told you should pay four years fee .how to get my original certificates free

hi if they are not returning the certificatea then you could issue legal notice asking them to return the certificates and if they failed to return then you could proceed to take legal action against them for their inaction
