Knowledge purpose के लिए मेरा सवाल आपसे यह है कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति का विवाह होने वाला हो और वह चाहता है कि विवाह के बाद उसकी पत्नी उस पर झूठा डोमेस्टिक वायलेंस का केस फाइल ना करें या दहेज का केस फाइल ना करें तो ऐसे में वह व्यक्ति अपने आप को प्रोटेक्ट कैसे करें बेशक उसके पास ठोस सबूत हो जैसे वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग.. क्या ऐसे केस में वह इन्सान informative पार्टीशन दाखिल कर सकता है ? मैंने यह सवाल सिर्फ नॉलेज purpose के लिए ही पूछा है
