Forfeiture of Advance Amount on a decree passed by the high court

I have a property in south delhi for which the decree was passed by the Saket High Court where in my uncles were buying the property from me and they paid 10% advance and the remaining has not been paid. There was no forfeiture clause in the decree can I forfeit their advance or not

Decree passed in your favour, gives you a right to recover money from your uncles. For recovery of rest of the amount, you need to file an execution petition before the saket court. However, in order to discuss the same and appropriate legal remedies, it will be better if the details are shared.
