Sir.. I want to know meaning of... ((DISPOSED)) stand for?? & what mean for. ((leave granted & dismissed))

Yes there is a difference between DISPOSED AND LEAVE GRANTED AND DISMISSED
FIRSTLY COMING TO DISPOSED OFF which means the matter is finally decided and is not pending in the Court of Law for any hearing after final hearing has been done. Whereas DISMISSED MEANS THAT THE CASE HAS SOME FLAWS and the party is given liberty to file a fresh suit for the same cause in the same court after the needed corrections are made.
