Flat Roof Right Issue with neighbors as I have roof right .

I put gate on the roof as a have roof right and put the key near the gate for maintenance of water tanks etc for neighbors. But neighbors say to take out the gate. Can I keep the gate locked? Please reply.

I understood your concern, what we can do is send them with a legal notice thereby restraining them from committing any action against your right and in such scenario if they fail to comply with the notice, we can prefer a suit for injunction be for the appropriate court
