FINED AT CANNAUGHT PLACE FOR SMOKING

I was fined at Connaught place for smoking as it is not allowed but I wasn't aware of this fact, the policeman took a picture of my aadhar and also my picture and said to pay the fine in court. I don't know how to proceed further, it would be a great help if anyone can guide me through this.

Now you will have to pay the fine in the court. Now the police official will prepare a kalandra and will file the same in the court & then the court will send you a summons to appear in the court & pay your fine. If you miss then warrant can also be filed against you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Notice will come in your phone in few days and is written in notice that in which court you pay the challan and you should pay this challan in this court in which this appears and challan is paid in court in the presence of judge
