Filing of petition under section 193,197 1nd 198 of ipc

Petitioner filed petition under SARFAESI Act in lower court and obtained orders to take physical position of property through advocate commissioner.Before taking such order, he intentionally hided the fact of stay pending in DRT regarding said property and specifically stated in his affidavit that there is no stay or any kind of case pending before any court or tribunal. What shall I do now. Can I file criminal petition against him and under what sections.What is the limitation period.
hi you could file petition in the court to vacate the order of taking physical posseasion as the same was obtained by fraud and disclosing material facts amd to vacate the order and to punish him for guving false affidavits
