Female sibling property rights

We have a ancestral property (house) - we have 2 questions
1. Brothers have only one sister - sibling - but if she is passed away - will her daughters (1 married & 1 un married) - can these claim the property right or share?
2. Elder brother has possession of the house from last 15 years - how can we get this evacuated - there are 3 brothers and 2 living out of station.
Please review and advise.

even the copartitioner is not alive,his/her rights will not be seized and runs with thier heirs. until unless a fair partition took place, the question remains an endless dispute. hence suggesed to settle the matter by negotiations.
