I understand your concern regarding the expenses involved in approaching the High Court. Normally, the professional fee for High Court matters is higher, but considering your situation, I can take up your case at a fee lower than what is usually charged. For routine or minor proceedings where my personal presence may not be necessary, I can also coordinate with a junior advocate there to manage those aspects, while I will personally handle the main arguments and important stages of the case. This way, you get both cost efficiency and the benefit of my experience. If you wish to proceed, please share the relevant documents and details so that I can assess the matter fully and advise you on the next steps.
