Father and sister forcefully trying to push my family outside of home

I am an Armed Forces person. My wife and daughter recently shifted to Kolkata. The house is in the name of my father but I have done the construction. I dont have any proof. My sister with her family stays there since long and controlled my father completely on my absence. Now she threatens my wife to leave the house. Please help

say your wife to lodge fir against your sister for domestic violence 49A as soon as possible as you are also the legal heir of the family you along with your family have the right to live in the house .
