Family pension dual marriage first wife dead and a son frommarriage I'

My father was a govt employee who has died on 2020.in his record there are first wife name and his son's name. I am a child from 2nd marriage how can I include my name in that record?

Dear Client, In case your father married second time during the subsistence of first marriage, then such marriage is deemed void as per the condition prescribed under Section 5(1) of HMA,1955. However, children born from a void or voidable second marriage are deemed legitimate and have the same rights as children born from a valid marriage. For inclusion of your name in the record of the concerned authorities, you may visit or contact the office of the AG(A&E) of the concern State Government for updated information and procedures to navigate the matter.
