Family pension dual marriage first wife dead and a son frommarriage I'

My father was a govt employee who has died on 2020.in his record there are first wife name and his son's name. I am a child from 2nd marriage how can I include my name in that record?

First, you send a written representation to the concerned authority where your father was working last and/or superannuated, informing your status with a proof that you are one of the legal heirs and/or an natural son of your deceased father with documents i.e. the death certificate of your deceased father, your birth certificate, or any other identity proofs where the name of your deceased father reflects.
