My father was a govt employee who has died on 2020.in his record there are first wife name and his son's name. I am a child from 2nd marriage how can I include my name in that record?

If an FIR is filed against me under 8 different sections and during filing of the Charge Sheet 4 of the most grievous sections are dropped by the Police. Am I eligible to file a False Case against the complainant.

First, you yourself need to be released from the false case filed against you. Thereafter, you may file a defamation suit against the complainant in the Civil Court in your local District Court or Sub-division Court claiming a lumpsum amount for damaging your social reputation and also file a Criminal Case against the said complainant seeking punishment against him.
