False allegations put on Secretary of society by lady of the building

Hi, Can we call the SGM to discuss about continuous false sexual Allegations against the secretary of society by a lady without any evidence ? Or suggest some remedies to deal with it . Need to show her false accusations message in the SGM

Yes you can call the meeting if it is common knowledge in the society that the lady is putting false allegation against the secretary. Moreover, secretary can approach civil court to get order against the lady to stop the harassment and file criminal charges against the lady. Further, the members can move an application for expulsion of the member lady from the society.
