Fake druken drive case filed by sub inspector without proper reason

Hi my self mahendra Day before yesterday i went outiside with my friend at that place police came and warned me stand and he took photo of mine, i was sitting under the tree But s.i sub inspector filed a druken drive case on me through unkowns person bike and he didn't shown me alcohal percentage in evening time he was telling that i have drinker a lot it was showing 51% of alcohal. But i was not driving a bike at that place So kind ly help me how to come out from this case ?

hi first need to see whether any FIR was registered against him and if yes its contents and then we could decide accordingly and then you could take legal action based on that you could proceed legally
