Someone filed a false civil suit on my land when my house construction on that land, can I restart my house ? Because they file false civil suit I have all orginal proof how I restart my house work please guide me

hi first need to see the contents of the suit filed by them and its status and the contentions in it and had you entered appearance in the matter and if they are no orders restricting you in constructing house then you could construct
