Hi sir someone file fake civil suit on me in the court , now he ready for withdrawal case but I want to go for trail , I want compensate money because I face mentally torture and loss money because of this fake civil suit how much I compensate money in the court bec I lost 20 lakhs because of fake civil suit please advice me ..
You may file a defamation case against him and may also file suit for damages against him. You will have to first send him a legal notice calling upon him to fulfill your demand failing which you will initiate cases against him.
