Fake caste certificate issue .

If somebody gets a false caste certificate by mistake and unknowingly and applies in a government service , can he appeal to save his job by proving his innocence in the matter
no he is not innocent, as he knows they he doesn't belongs to particular caste or community, even though he uses the fake certificate,
according to me he will be remove from job and also he may require to face criminal action for using fake certificate
