You have a legitimate ground to file a consumer case against the bank due to their inadequate service, resulting in penalties and late fees for your college fees. Consumer court civil proceedings entail presenting your case before a consumer forum, seeking compensation or resolution for grievances against a service provider, in this case, the bank. It's essential to gather evidence and follow the legal procedures diligently for a favorable outcome.
