Exception for I st mbbs covid hit student from paying bond price

Is there any provisions issued by NMC for covid hit Ist mbbs student with health issues exempting from paying bond price for discontinuing course..?

As per the legal position you can approach authorites to exempt you from payment of first year fees. if they are not willing you can approach court of law and obtain stay..first you file representation before college authorities and wait for their response. if their decision is not in your favour you can approach court and get favaourable orders..
