Eviction of tenant after lease term expires

16-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
What is the legal procedure of evicting a tenant after agreement expires ? Mine is a 11 month agreement which expires in December. When should I serve notice for vacating property? My reason for eviction is that though the room had been given for Single person occupancy, the family ( who had previously ageeed to come occassionally ) too have started staying here which is posing a problem for the owner.

You can serve a notice to them for eviction even before the expiration of 11 months. As per the rent agreement, a tenant can vacate the property after giving a one month notice to the owner and the owner too can get the property vacated after giving a month notice to the tenant.
